Is there a long-term contract?

Yes. Plans run on a 12-month agreement with monthly fees paid annually (one upfront payment for the year). Plans auto-renew for another 12 months at the same rate unless either party gives written notice at least 30 days before renewal.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Two. (1) Pre-launch kill switch: you can cancel anytime before launch for a full refund of annual support — the setup fee is non-refundable once design begins. (2) Uptime + response SLA: we commit to 99.5% monthly uptime and a response to any support request within 2 business days, or your next month is credited.

What happens if I do not pay a renewal invoice?

If a renewal or other invoice is not paid by its due date, we may suspend services and take the website offline until the balance is paid. We will give reasonable notice before suspension when practical.

What counts as one monthly update?

One request, ranging from a text or image swap up to adding a new section, capped at 2 hours of work per request. Examples: updating page text, swapping a photo, adding an FAQ, editing a service description, refreshing pricing or hours.

What if I need more work than my plan includes?

Extra work beyond your plan is billed at our standard overage rate of $150/hour. Larger items (new features, major redesigns, new integrations) are quoted as a separate project.

Can you launch faster than usual?

Yes. A $750 rush launch add-on is available for projects that need to launch in 7 days or less, subject to availability.

Who owns the website after launch?

You own your content, copy, domain, and brand. Local Launch LLC retains ownership of the underlying website build (templates, code, design system, configuration), which we operate as part of your ongoing service. If the engagement ends, we export your content and assist a reasonable transition.

Are domain, hosting, and email included?

Third-party costs like domain registration, hosting, and mailboxes are pass-through at cost — billed by the provider directly, or invoiced without markup if we front them on your behalf.
